Anna is learning to ride a trike (finally!). To encourage it, we took her for a bike ride around the block this afternoon.
Anna is a major doddler. It took an hour to go maybe a quarter mile.
grandpa and grandma buhler drove up from vernal for the weekend. grandpa is so patient with anna. they stopped to kill crocodiles a few times and to be spies against the junior high building.
daddy tried to bribe her by saying he was going to beat her home.

we really got anna to pedal fast when she saw her grandma heiner waiting for us at home! They had to deliver some flowers near our house and popped by for a surprise visit! My mom couldn't handle our weeds and had to sit down and pull them. Anna wants to be just like her gma h, so she had to sit down and pull. julia wants to be just like anna, so she joined in on the fun. hooray for a weeded garden bed!
julia is a cute so i had to take a pic. she's eating cheese of course.how fun to see all the grandparents at the same time!
