tracy aviary
Virginia bought us a "pass-of-all-passes" for my birthday. It includes "free" (1$) admission to the aviary at liberty park on tuesdays. Virginia finally convinced me to go "with" her this morning (she's not a morning person and I'm not a heat person so we went at 8:30 and met her for a 1/2 hour at 10). Anyways, julia loved the birds. She said one of her first works "DUCK" when she saw the ducks. She just wanted to squat and look at all the birdies. Anna was a bit grouchy because there wasn't a playground like she imagined there would be. But she did remember a lot of the birds when we got home.
Anna was adamant about wearing THIS dress today. So I let her.
We fed the geese after the aviary.
Anna giggled, julia was nervous when they got too close.
and she ran way in fear, just like she does with dogs. What a gooF!

Wait, Julia loves watching animals, but is really scared of them? WTH? Funny kid.
Duck is one of her first words? cute. She must like that duck pulltoy that Steven gave her.
It looks like you're having a wonderful summer!! Really love the pics and that the girls love dresses :) What girly girls, so much fun!!
